CANCELLATION POLICY
📌 Booking & Card Requirement A credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments. If no card is placed on file, your appointment will not be confirmed. A 5-minute grace period is allowed—please arrive early to allow time for parking and be mindful of appointments scheduled after yours. 📌 Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up (“No Call, No Show”), you will be charged the full amount of the service(s) booked. You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Changes made within 48 hours may be charged. 📌 Declined Payments & Blocking If your card is declined, or not submitted within 24 hours of your appointment, your booking may be canceled. Repeat late cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules may result in being blocked from future bookings. 📌 Booking Responsibly Please only book services you intend to receive. If services are declined or skipped the day of your appointment, you may still be charged. Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations and require a new booking. 📌 Menstrual Policy Menstrual cycles do not exempt clients from the cancellation policy, especially for bikini/Brazilian services. You are welcome to wear a menstrual cup or tampon during your service. 💬 Life Happens We understand emergencies occur.
